It's different from what exists today...

MSPs we partner with will join the CPT peer group and 1) if the brand leader is staying on, continue to operate as a standalone brand for a period of time or 2) if the brand leader is retiring, be added onto an existing CPT brand.

While the companies continue to operate as a standalone brand, we will align chart of accounts, tool stacks and operational KPIs to sync up with the other CPT brands with the goal of tracking and performing in-line with CPT goals. We call this process ‘pre-integration’.

Once brands within a region are aligned and growing, we will take a slow, careful, and well-planned approach to integration designed to preserve valuable stakeholder relationships.
