As soon as the LOI is signed, we will begin developing a 180-day plan together. The goal is to create a detailed action plan to make your company the best version of itself. Together, we will identify 1) strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities; 2) workstreams you want to take off your plate; and 3) areas in the business to invest in so that we can begin growing together as soon as possible.

  • If you are looking to continue operating your business but would like to transact, we prefer you roll as much equity as possible – up to 50%

  • Our approach is tailored to each transaction. While no deal is the same, the unanimously favorable outcome will be
  • Once you provide data addressing our initial diligence request list, we will deliver an LOI in no more than 2 weeks
  • From LOI to close, we target approximately 60 – 90 days. This includes workstreams for confirmatory business diligence, Quality of Earnings, tax diligence and execution of legal documentation
  • Altogether, the process from fulfilling the initial data request to transaction close should take approximately three months
  • Not only do we aim to retain all employees, but we also seek to elevate individuals’ roles within the broader platform increasing their responsibilities – more responsibility means more opportunity for all
