What Are Your Investment Criteria?

MSPs with $1.5 million+ in revenue that are looking for their next stage of growth
Founders who have a strong desire to participate in a winning culture where everybody is aligned to help everybody

What is your typical deal structure?

If you are looking to continue operating your business but would like to transact, we prefer you roll as much equity as possible – up to 50%
If you would like to completely exit the business, we are open to buying 100% of the business
Our approach is tailored to each transaction. While no deal is the same, the unanimously favorable outcome will be

What does Canyon Point’s M&A process look like?

Once you provide data addressing our initial diligence request list, we will deliver an LOI in no more than 2 weeks
From LOI to close, we target approximately 60 – 90 days. This includes workstreams for confirmatory business diligence, Quality of Earnings, tax diligence and execution of legal documentation
Altogether, the process from fulfilling the initial data request to transaction close should take approximately three months

What happens to my employees?

Not only do we aim to retain all employees, but we also seek to elevate individuals’ roles within the broader platform increasing their responsibilities – more responsibility means more opportunity for all
